My client is a contractor based in South London. This multi-disciplinary firm covers building, maintenance and logistics. Due to increased workload; they are now recruiting for a Administrator to support the full office team their office in Head Office. This will cover a wide range of project and contract admin duties and will suit a flexible individual who is keen to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Contract Support: Assist in managing ongoing project.
Project Schedule Management & Coordination: Maintain database, handle associated filing, etc.
Contracts Management: Manage and maintain contacts, gain procedural knowledge.
General Admin and adhoc duties to assist the Contracts Managers as required.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Minimum HNC
Minimum 3 years experience in Administration
Strong communication and IT skills
Experience with MS Project & MS Business Central (preferred).
Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
General exposure to time, client, and document management.
Ability to multitask as required.
