Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Holmrook - Drigg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. You will oversee the delivery of our services, coordinate with various departments, and ensure that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager in the facility management or building services sector.

Strong understanding of building services and facility management.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts.

Coordinate service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.
