Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Compliance Manager with creating, updating and maintaining the policies, procedures and guidance notes issued to all employees.
Assist the Compliance Manager with quarterly training which is compulsory for all staff and keep records and results spreadsheet up to date.
Provide support and research to the Compliance Manager for training presentations
Assist the Compliance with the collation and analysis of management information, including attending Management meetings and committee meetings
Understand how to use Excel, Microsoft Word, Power-point and other software including internal software
Maintain records and logs on compliance areas
Take responsibility for typing up the agenda and minutes of meetings when requested.
Assist the Compliance Manager with ad hoc duties as required.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Discreet and confidential
Able to prioritise work and complete tasks in an accurate, structured and timely fashion.
Experience within a financial services background would be advantageous
