We are hiring for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our London office for a 12 month FTC. You will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the success of sales teams, especially in contractor markets.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the MD and CFO in the smooth relations between Front Office teams and Mission Control – operating as a conduit between the two in a collaborative and open manner.

Full oversight of all contractor compliance, ensuring efficient and accurate on boarding processes – delegating where necessary, drawing support from sales floor where required but retaining overall responsibility

Ensure the smooth processing of all extensions and new contract requests

Oversee implementation of, and adherence to, bespoke client requirements for compliance and screening.

Ensure the business remains compliant with external requirements and legislation such as data protection.

Manage contractor audit processes for all active / live contractors and tracking all finishers, including passports, visa (RTW), and insurance validity for limited company contractors.

Coordinate with Front Office on obtaining candidate and client revenue assurance evidence and ensure that acceptance and fee evidence is saved in Bullhorn.

Work with the CFO to review all new client contract terms and RFI tenders, to submit to senior management an assessment of risk, complexity, and commercial opportunity.

Maintain the commercial bible/master terms list as well as key information documents across all clients

Conduct data protection reviews across our Sharepoint and systems, ensuring that we are compliant with GDPR.

Work with the CFO to ensure safeguards and controls are in place for IT security, risk mitigation and governance related matters.
Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a compliance, governance, or operations role in a recruitment or staffing environment.

Working knowledge of contractor and temporary staffing related regulations, including AWR, IR35 etc.

Experience of Bullhorn and RSM inTime would be beneficial.

A good communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously but able to ask for assistance when required.

Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
