Our client is looking for a Design and Planning Coordinator to join their fast-growing business. This is a mixed role, incorporating Design and Customer Services.
Working hours are – Full-time, Monday to Friday, Hybrid

Responsibilities as Design and Planning Coordinator:
-
Supporting the development of comprehensive and precise Kitchen Designs based on client needs, space constraints and design principles

Offer expert advice and suggestions to optimize kitchen functionality

Translate client needs into accurate orders

Effectively utilise different forms of communication with clients to develop an understanding of their requirements and processes

Attend regular reviews with your account base

Manage all documentation sent from clients

Collaborate with European and UK based stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of kitchen orders
What you need to bring:

Previous experience in a design role would be desirable

Familiarity with kitchen products and design principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Knowledge of design software (CAD)
