Premier Work Support are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist for our client who provide integrated facility services within a global contract.
The purpose of the Receptionist role is to ensure compliance and safety for the site they manage and to be the single point contact to support building users.
The role sits within the office team and is very much a proactive role, drawing in people, processes, systems and information as required. This will not only assure contract commercial compliance but also develop the contract and relationship. A very genuine career development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of your actions and impact on the office environment
Support commercial activities incl. Purchase Order management, ordering stationery and processes related to system usage such as Time & Attendance, Servicetrac etc
Support the production of management information reporting
Close liaison with helpdesk re. progress of jobs versus SLAs
Attend meetings and support activities as required
Management of sub-contractors, cleaning team, and works to completionPersonal specification:
A high level of written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Good time management skills and ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
Able to communicate at all levels
IT literate with an excellent understanding PowerPoint/Word/Excel
Positive and flexible, team-based attitude
Able to act at all times in a professional manner to the benefit of the company and maintain confidentiality at all timesThe role is full time, working hours 09:00 - 17:00
