Accounts Assistant / Office assistant - Construction

Temporary Contract
£14.32 - £16 per hour
This building contractor, covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment / fit out, and maintenance. They work within the following sectors: leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Support the company with purchase ledger, invoices etc
Use different Microsoft Office tools
Support the business on a backlog of paper work
Manage incoming calls / queries • Good IT skills
• Experience in Zero system
• Working within a similar role within the construction industry would be highly desirable
• Excellent organisation skills with understanding of discretion and responsibility for important documents
• Ability to deliver accurate quality work to deadlines and to required standards
• Consistent performance under pressure
• A very organised and capable approach to the workplace and a willingness to take responsibility of own workload
• The ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
• A can do and positive attitude
