Quattro Plant Limited are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to support our Manchester Depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of day-to-day office tasks associated with the running of the depot in relation to maintenance. This position will support the Foreman Fitter and maintenance staff within the depot.
The main responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure that all stock transfers are updated on syrinx and all relevant people have been informed.

Ordering parts for repair, requesting purchase orders and providing these to suppliers.

Ensuring that goods are checked and receipted on syrinx in a timely manner.

Book LOLER inspections via external suppliers and liaise with them as and when required.

Produce engineering certificate packs to be place in any machine or attachment leaving the depot to be returned to delivering depot making sure all are correct.

Completing administrative duties and responding to queries and identifying the best course of action within agreed timescales.

To update and print necessary date panels and labelling for all re-certified plant and equipment using the PC print program.

Supporting the compliance of company policies and procedures relating to health and safety and environmental management.

Ensure the proper use and care of equipment and materials used in the execution of the role

Interrogating data in syrinx to deal with customer queries

To attend required safety briefings and ensure you understand the context and what is required of you

To participate in drug and alcohol screening when required

To ensure you follow all control measures outlined in any risk assessment relating to the work you do

To report any accident, incident or near miss in which you are involved or which you witness and to fully cooperate with any subsequent investigation

To ensure that you refuse to comply on the grounds of safety whenever you believe that you have been placed in an unsafe situation or are given instructed to undertake an unsafe operation
