Position Overview:
They are seeking an established Delivery Manager with ideally at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of software products while fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a strong background in agile delivery, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in prioritizing the backlog, which involves comprehending priorities and the requirements to support Product Owners and Business Analysts in their roles.

Addressing impediments hindering the team's progress, whether they are technical, process-related, or access-related, whatever the specific issue may be.

Serving as the bridge between other Scrum teams, ensuring that dependencies are coordinated and handled, often participating in Scrum of Scrums.

Cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement within your immediate team and across broader program engagements.

Employing T-shirt estimation for assessing new requirements and integrating them into the broader delivery plan to gauge their impact.

Monitoring team performance, including comparing forecasts to actual velocity, and conveying this information to senior stakeholders.

Tracking release burnup charts, metrics related to defect management, and similar data, then communicating these insights to senior stakeholders.

Maintaining awareness of resource management by identifying skill or capability gaps within the team and bringing them to the attention of the delivery lead.

Maintaining a high-level understanding of budget, scope, and timelines, collaborating with the delivery lead to manage and communicate these aspects to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

Must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field

Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role

In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in a project environment
