Responsibilities:
- Assist with trade-related activities and tasks.
- Provide support in selling and upselling products.
- Maintain an organised inventory of trade materials, and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and etiquette.
- Loading and unloading materials, 3-6m in length.
- Being able to build a rapport with customers, face to face and over the phone.
- Being able to accurately and efficiently carry out transactions.
- Being able to deliver materials with use of their vans.
Experience:
- Experience in driving dropside vans (3.5 tonne).
- Experience with Roofline materials is preferred.
- Previous experience in Trade Counter is preferred but not essential.
- Using hand tools and equipment.
- Account Management.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Must be 25 and over due to insurance policies.
- Must be able to drive, Full, clean UK Driving Licence, held for two years or more.
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Great communication, motivation and work ethic.
- Basic maths skills for calculations and transactions.
- Ability to sell products and upsell services.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage trade materials effectively.
- IT literate. (Microsoft Office & Emails).
- Good phone etiquette for customer interactions
