What you'll be doing:
This role will be to support the development and refinement of the corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities:

Assist in the development and refinement of the organisation's corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategy.

Coordinate the integration of functional plans into the overarching corporate business plan.

Co-ordinate the development of comprehensive resource planning models for forecasting and scenario analysis

Maintain comprehensive visibility into resource capacity across People’s Partnership.

Provide planning frameworks and templates to support the development of functional plans in a cohesive manner

Analyse internal data and trends to inform production of corporate reporting
What we’re looking for:

Degree level or equivalent experience.

Substantial experience of planning at a corporate level

Good knowledge and understanding of the financial service industry and products, particularly pensions.

Understanding of transformation projects and processes

Excellent written and presentational communication skills.

Capable of understanding complex issues and articulating in simple terms.
