365 People are currently recruiting for 2 Sales Account Managers one to cover the north and one to cover the south regions. This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate being roughly 1.5 hours away from their HQ in Leicester as 1 day a week will be required to be worked from the office.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.

Regularly review account performance and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.
