They are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Project Manager to join their team and help continue to grow and expand their reach.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation, to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Selling products to clients.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Travel:
-
Travel extensively within the Thames Valley region to meet with clients and oversee project sites.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the Thames Valley region
