We are seeking a dynamic and proactive reception to support the seamless operation of our Chambers. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and providing essential support to the Manager and Director. If you are organised, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Working within a legal environment would be beneficial but not advantageous.
Duties
- Manage the switchboard with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize and coordinate conferences, consultations, meetings, and seminars.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with courtesy and warmth.
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing the Chambers email account.
- Support marketing events and collaborate with the Chambers Director and Marketing Assistant
- Relay all complaints to the Chambers Manager promptly, following the Chambers Complaints Procedure.
- Source, purchase, and maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Develop and maintain a regular schedule for necessary works and signage updates.
- Oversee building services and maintenance to ensure a high standard.:Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Assist in organizing receptions, social events, and Chambers dinners.Collaborate with the Chambers Manager, Senior Clerks, marketing team, and Chambers Director.
- Handle general marketing administration tasks.
