An exciting role has become available for a Registered Manager!
The service is based in Plymouth, within this service you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in a the Devon area, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the services.
Your duties will include:
- Providing leadership and supervision to a team of Service Managers, and care staff.
- Developing and implementing care plans.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to meet the needs of the service users, ensuring that you are delivering outstanding person-centered care.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance at all times with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Managing budgets
Skills required for this role:

Extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

Previous experience in holding a registration for a care service

Strong leadership and supervisory skills at all levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge in developing care plans and conducting various assessments

Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures

Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Level 5 Leadership and Management NVQ is essential for this role.
