Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join Bolton Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:

Raising invoices

Crediting and debiting memos and standing charges as required

Adding VAT and interest where necessary

Dealing with incomi9ng queries from customers

Liaising with services to resolve payment disputes

Collecting outstanding invoices
-
Agreeing repayment plans with customers and monitoring arrangements

Updating electronic systems with unpaid invoice information
