My busy South Normanton based client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for a new vacancy within their brand-new Head Office Location.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Manning and operating and very busy switchboard

Meeting and greeting visitors

Dealing with high volume internal and external calls

Arranging meeting facilities & making travel arrangements

Some basic administrative duties
We are ideally looking for candidates to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced receptionist role.
The candidate we’re looking for;
This is an on-going contract with potential to progress to other departments within a well know manufacturing company.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
