Responsibilities:
• Manage the payroll and reward team.
• Processing end to end payroll for employees across the business.
• Processing statutory payments.
• Managing pensions, benefits, and rewards.
• Ensuring you are compliant with HMRC.
Skills They Look For:
• Education payroll experience.
• Team management experience.
• Rewards experience.
• CIPP qualified.
• Strong pensions knowledge.
