We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger & Payroll Assistant for one of our clients based in Newark on a temporary basis for around 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities day to day will involve:
- Processing all invoices for the company and associated administration
- Administering supplier details, payment runs, reconciliation and expenses on the SAGE line 50 or 200 programmes
- Answer any queries from suppliers
- Reporting and Compliance on Financial matters
- Suggest any improvements in the Finance process
- Processing staff payroll, entering the data onto the system and handling any queries
- Ensuring payroll is run with full compliance including statutory deductions
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- AAT Qualification or equivalent experience from a similar role
- Proficiency in using SAGE line 50 or 200 and Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Rate of Pay will be £12.05ph
