We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a Commercial Units package based in Hampshire.
My client has continuous work and long term additional projects.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Producing RAMS
• Producing programmes.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.
• Managing sub contractors.
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Experienced producing programmes.
• Engineering background (beneficial)
• Experienced managing commercial/indutrial units packages as PM for specialist contractors.
• Experienced in a senior management position
