You will play an instrumental role in championing best practices and compliance across the department. Your responsibilities will include completing fire risk assessments and producing high-quality, robust documents. You will provide fire safety advice, assist in concluding Fire Actions, and initiate remedial works directly from the site when necessary. Advising on fire management in new build properties will also be a key part of your role.
Collaborate across the business to deliver excellent customer service and enhance team knowledge, capability, and compliance. You will liaise with external bodies, authorities, and contractors to ensure all requirements are met. Maintaining Health & Safety, regulatory, and governance compliance will be crucial, and you will include H&S requirements in reporting and coordinate with the Corporate H&S team. Additionally, you will manage risks and implement effective controls to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
