PMO Manager
Rate: £550 - £650 Per Day - Inside IR35 via umbrella
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid working - weekly travel to Warwickshire
Our leading financial services client is recruiting for a very experienced, Midlands based PMO Manager for 6 months, to join a thriving PMO team based in Warwickshire.
Deliverables
1: To work with the wider EPMO team to set up the Centre of Excellence
2: Pro-actively take the lead and ownership to deliver a plan for the set up of the Centre of Excellence
3: Work with the EPMO LT to establish what should move from the central teams to CoE and lead on the transition
4: Using previous experience be able to articulate what good looks like for a Centre of Excellence and using your influencing skills be able to successfully launch the Centre of Excellence using support from the wider EPMO LT
Essential Experience/Skills:
Extensive and recent experience as a PMO Manager
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc)
Strong Communication Skills
Attention To Detail
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Strong Risk and Issue Management
Process improvement/implementation
Experience of working in highly regulated environments
Financial Services sector experience would be ideal
