I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor based in the North-east of England. My client are looking to on-board a project manager to help deliver a large infrastructure package being delivered in the North-east.
Project manager responsibilities:

Preplanning and programming of the works.

Arranging pre site inspections and measurements.

Arranging labour, plant and materials for the work activities inc. sweepers, tankers, water bowsers.

Contractual management.
-
Site briefings.
-
Supervision of operatives, ensuring processes and management systems are fully communicated and adhered too.

Monitoring daily performance on site.
-
Account management.
-
Review performance of the project – both financially and operationally to learn from performance.

Ensure the correct documentation is held on site.
-
Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
-
Aiding the early identification and notification of contract variances.
-
Ensure works are carried out in line with agreed Method and Methodology.
