Job Role and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, website, or email.

Process orders and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Handle enquiries and provide information on prices, technical requirements, and order status.

Maintain close communication with field staff.

Manage order processing, addressing anomalies, and updating customers.

Handle product returns and issue credits as needed.
-
Address customer complaints, escalating when necessary.

Coordinate with finance partners for product leasing.

Suggest system improvements and make decisions within established procedures.
