OFFICE MANAGER

O'Neill & Brennan are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to work with a reputable Contractor in SE London.
We are looking for someone with a good level of experience that will be able to run the office and have PA responsibilities for three Project Leads.
The role is as much making sure the office runs well as being someone that is comfortable with front of house professionalism when receiving directorate and other important visitors to their offices.
They are a busy office so ideally would like someone that will be able to work in the office full time, however there is an agile working policy in place which allows flexibility for staff to work from home (one day a week) on an 'as and when' need arises.
Main Duties

Providing support to the Heads of Department

Organising and managing diaries for the Senior team

Providing administrative support
-
IT set up for new starters
-
Assisting with recruitment of new staff

Creating PowerPoint Presentations and/or other documents for internal and external meetings

Uploading team documents
-
Maintaining holiday records and calendar
-
Sickness and absence reporting
-
Collating expenses
-
Ensuring the office maintenance and welfare is maintained

Raising Purchase Orders

Salary ranging from £35,000 to £39,000 depending on level of experience
