We are currently recruiting for a growing business in Alton for experienced Administrators.
You will be working with a close-knit, supportive, and professional team. This position is fully in office. They may also consider part time opportunities.
Key Duties:
Speaking with clients to book in meetings and provide a high level of service and care
Answering the phone and emails, directing these to the correct person
Preparing client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings
Processing letters of authority, also opening and distributing the incoming post
Ensuring all records and key information is kept up to dateKey Requirements:
Attention to detail and adaptability
Ability to analyse and resolve queries efficiently and effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident and articulate phone manner with strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
