Our Client based in Weybridge is looking for a Sales Administrator ( for Air Conditioning products), you will play the key role in maintaining the forecast performance as well as the sales operation management along with the supply plan information flow for the respective business unit. Korean Speaking is advantageous. Due to daily communication with HQ/EHQ, the candidate would have to be fluent in verbal and written communication in English and Korean. This will include translating business information from HQ in English in order to share with the internal Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Relations and Target Management
- Build on collaborative working relationships with key customers to achieve their sales target (monthly/quarterly/yearly) depending on the V&T(Volume & Target) contract by driving forecast accuracy, process improvements and free flow of information.
Sales and Operation Management

By the weekly S & OP meeting with the customers, the sales administrator can recognize and analyse what operation infra is needed, such as credit limit, stock allowance, pricing negotiation, and the approvals for each accounts.

By this effort, the field sales and account managers can focus on collecting the orders and communicating with the customers better.
Forecast process set-up & improvement
- Working in conjunction with Demand Planners, Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain Managers to develop, progressively improve forecasting process, improve accuracy of monthly / quarterly / yearly sales performance.
Statistical Forecasting & Data Analysis
- Analysis of historical trend, CPSI (Customer PSI) and market trend on a weekly basis using statistical analysis tools to generate weekly forecast. Collect and review sales forecast on a weekly basis, identifying trends on fast & slow moving products. Maintain seasonality trend and impact of exceptional market changes: Promotional activity, national/international events.
Forecast Consensus meeting coordination
- Facilitate Consensus meeting with relevant teams to confirm sales forecast. Manage agreement and drive judgment towards realistic and accurate forecast & delivery plan. Collate, share and input weekly forecast data to GDMI.
Reporting
- Ensure regular review and reporting of progress to Product Director & Sales Leader
Skills, Education & Experience :

Engineering / Business Administration / Mathematics degree owner will have advantage to be chosen for the sales administrator

Prior knowledge and experience of Product Management, Account Management, Sales Forecasting and Supply Chain principles

Good overview of the commercial process, production planning and distribution interface / order fulfilment.

Highly Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas) and confident using new systems
