Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience

The Role:
As a Front of House Staff member, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and providing outstanding customer service throughout their stay. This position involves checking in residents, attending to guests at the bar and lounge, and providing some restaurant service work.
Your Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.

Assist with reservations and room assignments.

Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.

Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Provide assistance with luggage and other guest needs as required.

Serve guests at the bar and lounge area, as well as some restaurant service work.

Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences.
Your Profile:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
