Job Title: Office/Accounts Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an Office/Accounts Administrator to join our Manufacturing client based in Wrexham.
The Office/Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations and handling accounting functions using Sage 50 Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main duties & responsibilities:
• Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Efficiently manage and uphold both physical and digital files in a well-organised manner
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.
• Use Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll for basic accounting tasks
• Assist with photocopying, faxing and mailing
• Digitise documents and reports for convenient access
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Skills
• Previous experience within an administrative role is essential
• Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment is desirable
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts is essential
• Excellent data entry skills
