The Role:
As a Case Manager & Occupational Health Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of Occupational Health clinicians, ensuring clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct expert clinical assessments and produce high-quality management advice reports.
Support and develop clinicians by auditing reports and enhancing their clinical performance.
Handle recruitment and day-to-day management of remote OH clinicians across the UK.
Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
NMC registration (NMC 3).
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health.
Experience in a commercial occupational health setting.
