Supply Chain Coordinator

The business is looking for a driven and motivated Purchasing Officer to support the team through these exciting times

The Role

Be an ambassador for the new Procurement function

Process daily all Job Stock requisitions as submitted by the various Sales functions

Provide Purchasing with visibility which materials require to be purchased

Coordinate New Parts Introduction process

Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Drive high performance of the entire Supply Chain

Manage any automated material replenishment reports

Perform data analysis and/or collect data as required by line manager

Communicate with Suppliers to gather data

Manage priorities and expectations based on business demands and Team leader instruction
The Person
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position

Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

Basic knowledge of MS Office
-
Procurement or Supply/Chain related qualification such as CIPS would be advantageous
-
Experience in a Procurement or Supply/Chain role is essential
-
Experience with any major ERP system is desirable
-
Basic analytical skills
