Your new role

Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, working within a commercial office as part of a wider team of helpdesk admins, working on the client site with the clients team.

Logging requests on the helpdesk, monitoring logged requests from client-side, scheduling reactive maintenance jobs to mobile engineers, liaising with the client, subcontractors, the wider engineering team, dealing with incoming enquiries, making outbound calls to chase engineers and contractors for updates on job progression, timesheets and more, and engaging with a variety of maintenance engineer's daily.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a helpdesk / planning / scheduling or coordination role is essential.

Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.

Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
