Commercial Administrator
Doncaster
We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to work for our Client in Doncaster and handle various administrative tasks within the commercial department. This position involves working closely with customers, sales, and finance to manage customer accounts, terms, price lists, rebates and contracts.
Commercial Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Keep contract terms and CRM information up to date
Handle contract support claims and payments using the CRM system
Calculate customer rebates every month, quarter, and year
Work with other departments to check and verify claims
Create reports on contract activity, including new and completed contracts, disputes, and progress.
Ensure the CRM system is always updated
Help with new accounts, terms, and net list changes
Commercial Administrator Skills:
