Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel: Must be comfortable using these programs for various tasks, including document creation and data management
Ability to Work Under Pressure and Independently: Should be capable of handling stress and managing tasks without constant supervision
Excellent Telephone Etiquette: Should have a pleasant and professional manner when communicating over the phone
Commitment to Accuracy: Must have a meticulous approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time
