- Managed print services, VoIP, automated document processing and other technology solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new business.
- Identifying clients needs, cross selling, and growing customer base.
- Visiting clients to develop and grow relationship and business spend.
- Responsibility for customer queries and account management.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve performance.
- Maintaining product knowledge and sales via CRM.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience within a similar sales role within the managed print/ technology industries.
- Results driven, with a passion for customer service.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Able to work from autonomy, and prioritise workload.
