The role:
As the Administration Assistant, you act as a key point of contact and be responsible for providing the clients with ongoing support and handling any queries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, issues and concerns and liaising with their financial advisor
- Communicating with customers on financial matters within the contact centre environment
- answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people as well as making calls to customers and clients
- working in a regulated environment where you will be supported to ensure you are following regulations.
- Handling sensitive situations and vulnerable customers appropriately
- Demonstrate resilience and handle challenging conversations
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution abilities
- Good organisation and attention to detail
