As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our products or services. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback to improve services.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and confidentiality.Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.Benefits:
