Job Description:.
• The role will be a hybrid based role from the London showroom/Home
• Market and sell products
• Ensure that the area runs according to the company’s plan and budget
• Use allocated budget in the most effective way for activities such as campaigns, whilst also utilising the showroom space
• Actively work and promote the company targeting Facilities Managers & Project Managers
• Pipeline management – following up contacts and projects, and booking in future face to face presentations / appointments
• Ensure your work load is planned in such a way as to achieve a high level of productivity and cost efficiency
Candidate Profile:
• The candidate must have a track record of at least 2-3 years of growing sales in the workplace interiors / fitout market/ A/D
• Industry knowledge along with the ability to demonstrate market awareness is essential
• Proven ability to negotiate on all levels
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize workload along with a commitment to quality and customer focus
• Networking capabilities
• Willing to travel
Package:
• Basic salary of £55,000
• Commission
• Car/Car allowance
