About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our team. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will lead a small, dedicated HR team and work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a small HR team
Partnering with managers and senior leaders
Employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
Payroll and benefits administration
Employment law compliance
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Supporting the business with HR advice and guidanceAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven HR generalist experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CIPD qualified (desirable)What's on Offer:
£50,000 - £55,000pa DOE
