Come make a real difference as an Income Assistant
Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home.
As an Income Assistant you’ll play a key role in helping us provide this for our tenants. You will learn how to monitor and manage accounts for all tenancy types, assist us to support tenants that fall into arrears with an aim to keep them in their homes, negotiate payment plans and provide basic welfare benefit and money advice where appropriate.
What you’ll bring to our team
As the friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you’ll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience for our tenants. You will bring a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to work as part of a successful team, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and responsibilities.
