Role: Implementation Consultant (Income / Payment software)
Location: WFH (Working from Home) + occasional travel to UK Customer sites

The Role: Joining a small specialist team of Implementation Consultants working alongside a software implementation Project Manager on each project. You will act as the product SME to support each customer through the implementation process stages, (from project initiation / discovery workshops, version control, configuration / customisation, supporting UAT, Train the Trainer and Go Live etc.)
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
3+ years' experience within a software implementation role, (specifically supporting Customers through the implementation of a customisable software product / application), from running User workshops, to implementation phases and Super User training.
5+ years' experience as a Super User / SME of accounting / payment systems, general understanding of ledgers, invoicing, payments, retrospective billing, receipts, debt management and cash flow etc.
Strong customer facing skills, comfortable presenting to Customers, running User workshops, advising Customers on best practise etc.
Project management processes awareness, (ideally Prince2)
Experience in producing User training / support documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work as part of a team but largely remotely.
Clean and current driving license and willing to travel to customer site as required
