The Job role:
As Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be responsible for:

Delivering sales targets in line with company objectives

Plan successful sales strategies in identifying new clients

Attend networking events to raise brand profile

Maintaining relationships with existing customers

Ensuring excellent communication with operational staff
The Requirements:
To be suitable for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) you will ideally have the following:

Experience within the logistics industry would be beneficial but not necessary

Track record of sales success and customer retention skills

Telesales background would be advantageous

Passion to grow the business

Excellent communication skills
-
Travel required – Generally within the PO postcode

Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
