Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering total facilities management to its client for 4 sites across the UK. You will be responsible for managing a small FM team, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst maximising efficiency and profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide leadership, and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability,
Develop strategies to improve customer service, profitability and contract efficiency.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions
Ensure the contract is staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
Oversee all matters relating to planned / preventative maintenance, remedial, reactive work, projects and asset data management across your region/ portfolio.Profile
Experience of managing a TFM team across a multi site property portfolio
Managing a multimillion£ client account
People management experience
Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc.)
Technical background in Mechanical, electrical or fabric (desirable)
Experience managing budgets / P&L accountsJob Offer
