Our client are a major M&E building services company who continuously work throughout the UK on major developments within varying sectors. They are currently looking for Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on a prison project in the Leicestershire area and are offering excellent remuneration packages for both these roles.
ABOUT THE ROLES
The company Surveyors are a valuable part of our clients business, taking ownership of the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting. The Surveyors have full accountability for their work packages or projects and work collaboratively with our customers and industry specialists, focusing on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practices.
As a Project Surveyor, you will:

Contribute to project commercial strategies and take ownership of your subcontract packages, understanding and implementing internal and external tender strategies.

Maximise project cashflow through effective commercial management.

Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies, focusing on issuing tender enquiries, package reconciliations, and producing subcontract orders.

You will work with the Commercial Lead to agree on main and subcontract final accounts.

Competitive salary: £50-55K for Project Surveyors and £65-70K for Senior Surveyors, plus car and package including:
