Are you an experienced Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant, ideally with a background in Financial Services? I am working with a leading firm to find someone who is passionate about providing a "Best in Class" AP service. This role is offered on a hybrid with 2-3 days a week in their London office and 1-2 days a week from home and could be either 4 or 5 days a week in total.
This role will a six-month contract initially.
What you will do:
Act as a key point of contact within Accounts Payable
Process and code invoices as well as preparing weekly payment runs
Oversee the employee expenses process
Collaborate closely across the finance function to align with global processes as well as ensuring the relevant reporting is completed in a timely and accurate mannerWhat you will need:
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in managing an Accounts Payable function.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and priorities.
Good systems skills and the ability to learn new processes quicklyWhat you will get in return:
