Pin Point Recruitment are looking to recruit a Recruitment Account Manager with a background in talent acquisition and/or on-site volume recruitment.
You’ll take the lead in managing all recruitment activity across one of Pin Point’s most-valued customers, building key relationships across the organisation as you go.
This will be an ‘all-round’ role where you’re involved in candidate sourcing as well as managing client relationships.
Whether you’re a seasoned Account Manager or a recent starter in the industry and looking for your first upwards move, we’re keen to speak with you.
You'll be joining a thriving team of 6 perm recruiters and resourcers with a combined 60+ years' experience. Based out of our Head Office in Gateshead with a further 50 colleagues under one roof, you will have all the support you need to be a success.
The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring to the Team:
We are keen to hear from Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals who have proven account management experience, coupled with a background in recruiting across a variety of disciplines.
A talent for building professional relationships, a good level of IT literacy and, above all else, a drive to succeed, are key to this position.
Business development will be a key part of this role, as the successful applicant will be challenged with building upon the current client base, bringing in new clients.
