CJC are currently on the search for an Executive Assistant on behalf of our large property development. A successfull candidate will act as a trusted partner with responsibility for managing the CEO's schedule, communication, and travel to ensure that the executive office is well organised and runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities:

Manages the CEO's calendar, meticulously scheduling appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and deadlines.

Arranges and overseas and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.

Gathers information and prepares meeting packs and reports for meetings and presentations.

Attends meetings both in person and on Teams where required to prepare minutes and or lists of Actions.

Follows up on agreed actions from meetings with internal management and external stakeholders.

Screens calls, emails, and requests for the CEO, prioritizing and managing information flow effectively.

Acts as a primary point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Drafts, edits, and proofreads emails, letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.

Maintains complete confidentiality with all sensitive information and communications.

Assists with special projects and initiatives, providing strategic and administrative support to the CEO.

Proactively anticipates the CEO's needs and ensures they have the information and resources readily available.

Maintains positive relationships with all employees.

Prepared to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
