The Role
The successful candidate will serve in a customer support coordination role, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This position demands exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and consistently perform efficiently. Communication will be conducted via telephone, email, and proactive alerts, with the goal of achieving optimal customer satisfaction at all times.

The Customer Support Team is dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service to Strategic Account customers by fostering strong customer relationships and thoroughly understanding their business needs.

Serve as the single point of contact for all customers.

Manage data entry and system updates on both internal and client systems.

Provide high-quality support during customers' critical periods, aiming to minimize business downtime.

Take end-to-end ownership of service tickets (including reactive calls and T&Ms) until resolution, ensuring accountability for customer support levels.

Ensure proper escalation of customer concerns.

Accelerate the resolution time for all inquiries and service tickets.

Assist in customer retention efforts.

Coordinate with FM teams to address any maintenance issues that arise.

Manage and report critical alarms from various systems.
Due to the nature of this role, you must possess a full UK driving licence.
