Job Title: Digital Engagement Manager (known as Senior Digital Engagement Adviser within the NFU).
Salary: c.£38,000 depending on skills and experience

The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) is the biggest farming organisation in the UK. Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
This is a new role, so you have a unique opportunity to make it your own. We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative person to help us design and evolve our digital member engagement. You’ll be involved in setting up our new e-comms platform so that our email comms are meaningful, relevant and accessible. You’ll be stepping into the role of Community Manager for our new member-only forums, engaging daily online with passionate members. And you’ll be designing and launching a brand-new member-facing podcast, keeping over 45,000 farmers and growers up-to-date with our work on their behalf. You’ll be joining our Member Experience team at the heart of the organisation, working with colleagues across England and Wales to keep our members informed, engaged and inspired.
