Finance Manager - £65-£75Kper annum - Banbury
My client a successful SME based in Banbury has a history of growth in the manufacturing industry and are now seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support the business with all Financial Operations and growth plans.
The Finance Manager's primary responsibility will be to run the business's Financial Operations with one direct report.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Management Accounts
- Cost/Manufacturing Accounting
- Month/Year-end
- Analysis and Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- VAT returns
- Implementation of improved processes
- Partnering in decision-making
- Operations/Sales Reporting
Ideally the Finance Manager will have previous experience working as the number one in the Finance Department with commercial input and decision-making responsibilities and advanced Excel skills are essential.
ACCA/CIMA qualification and Sage 200 experience are desirable.
